Job summary

Glass House Brands Inc. in Camarillo, CA, seeks a Second Shift Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the greenhouse, packaging facilities, boiler rooms and grounds. You will supervise the maintenance team, manage spare parts, schedule shifts for emergency coverage, and ensure safety and compliance across facilities.

You will lead ongoing maintenance programs, mentor staff, and collaborate with Greenhouse and Packhouse departments to resolve day-to-day issues and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance team and assist with leading projects.
• Assist in supervision and completion of new projects.
• Oversee maintenance tasks on all facility assets.
• Manage spare parts and material inventory for irrigation systems and facility equipment.
• Plan employee shifts to ensure emergency coverage.
• Maintain and enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff.
• Support day-to-day operations in Greenhouse and Packhouse.
