Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Operator to join a warehousing and logistics team in a second-shift role. The ideal candidate will move materials safely and efficiently, using forklifts or trucks as needed, with strong verbal and written communication and attention to detail.

The role focuses on accurate handling, storage and movement of goods, following procedures and maintaining safe operations in a fast-paced environment. CDL or forklift certification may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication to coordinate tasks.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving to move materials safely.
• Ability to read blueprints and operate equipment when required.
• May require forklift operator license or CDL if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive equipment such as trucks and forklifts to support warehousing activities.
• Handle materials during receiving, storage, and movement to ensure accurate flow of goods.
• Perform material handling tasks that support efficient transport and organization of inventory.
• Follow established procedures and use attention to detail to reduce errors during material movement.
