• Prepares coating for production line as directed by supervisor.
• Keeps complete, accurate, and timely records of ingredient usage.
• Maintains adequate supply of necessary ingredients.
• Ensures doughmaking equipment is maintained for safe operation.
• Inspects ingredients for packaging quality and foreign materials.
• Reports deficiencies affecting product quality to supervisor.
