Job summary

Boston Dynamics is seeking a Second Shift Supervisor for the Data Operations team supporting the Atlas robot. You will lead a team of data ops associates from 2:30pm to 11pm, ensuring high-quality data collection and safe operations in Savannah, GA.

You will oversee contractors and staff performing ML annotation and teleoperation, build onboarding programs, develop KPIs, and collaborate with ML researchers to meet data needs.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractors and staff performing ML annotation and teleoperation tasks.
• Establish onboarding and training programs with clear documentation.
• Develop and track KPIs for data quality, efficiency, and error causes.
• Interface with ML researchers and engineers to translate data needs.
• Identify bottlenecks in the data pipeline and coordinate improvements.
• Manage the data operations budget and shift planning.
• Ensure safety protocols and maintain a safe workspace.
• Develop and deploy new SOPs; pilot new tools and processes.
• Report shift performance to stakeholders.
