Job summary

Tiara Yachts is seeking a dependable CNC Router Operator to set up and run the CNC Router and ensure smooth, accurate cuts on materials. You will load raw materials, monitor the machine, read measurements, and report issues to programmers.

With basic computer skills and the ability to follow detailed work instructions, you will perform preventive maintenance, document daily labor, and help train teammates. Overtime may be required to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing/woodworking or CNC environment is preferred.
• Ability to follow manufacturing instructions and processes.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Load raw materials into CNC for cutting.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and communicate with programmers.
• Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
• Read and understand units of measure.
• Communicate constraints or issues to the team leader.
• Assist training of team members to develop job knowledge.
• Maintain daily labor tracking records.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Willingness to work overtime as requested.
