Job summary

Tiara Yachts is seeking a dependable CNC Router Operator to set up and run the CNC Router and ensure smooth, accurate cuts on materials. You will load raw materials, monitor the machine, read measurements, and report issues to programmers.

With basic computer skills and the ability to follow detailed work instructions, you will perform preventive maintenance, document daily labor, and help train teammates. Overtime may be required to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing/woodworking or CNC environment is preferred.
• Ability to follow manufacturing instructions and processes.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Load raw materials into CNC for cutting.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and communicate with programmers.
• Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
• Read and understand units of measure.
• Communicate constraints or issues to the team leader.
• Assist training of team members to develop job knowledge.
• Maintain daily labor tracking records.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Willingness to work overtime as requested.

Position Summary:The CNC Router Operator is responsible for setting up and running the CNC Router machine. We are looking for a dependable individual to ensure the CNC machine maintains a smooth and accurate operation.Job Responsibilities:The CNC Router Operator will load raw materials into CNC for cuttingThe CNC Router Operator must be able to troubleshoot malfunctions and communicate with programmersMaintain equipment by completing preventive maintenanceWith minimal supervision, be able to perform daily responsibilities per specifications prescribed on the Tiara Yachts work instructionsMust be able to read and understand units of measureThe CNC Router Operator must be able to communicate the current product, process or material constraints or issues to the team leaderMust be accustomed to physical tasks for long periods of time.
