Job summary

NE-XT Technologies, a maker of precision aerospace components, seeks a 2nd shift CNC Milling Machine Operator to run established programs, perform inspections, and maintain safe production. The role does not require programming but involves setup verification, tool checks, and adherence to quality standards.

You will contribute to a team focused on accuracy, traceability, and efficient production with a strong emphasis on safety and process discipline.

Qualifications

• Follow written work instructions and established machining procedures.
• Able to read engineering drawings and understand dimensional requirements.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines using approved programs and documented work instructions.
• Load/unload workpieces with proper orientation and clamping.
• Monitor machine operation, inspect parts, and maintain quality records.
• Perform in-process dimensional checks with calipers and gauges.
• Read engineering drawings and follow instructions for dimensional requirements.
• Escalate nonconformities and communicate status during shifts.
