Qualifications

• 2+ years CNC lathe experience in aerospace manufacturing.
• Experience on 4-5 axis CNC Lathe (Swiss, Okuma, Harding preferred).
• Knowledge of inspection tools and GD&T basics.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines for machined parts.
• Validate materials and maintain quality records.
• Troubleshoot tool wear and machine issues; document actions.
• Communicate across shifts to ensure continuity and OTD.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in the work area.
