Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in a small device manufacturing environment as a CNC Machining Operator is preferred.
• Experience operating Lasag, Kohler, Coherent/Rofin or IPG Lasers is helpful.
• Education: H.S. Diploma or equivalent; vocational schooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC laser processing machines and meet quality/throughput specs.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment; perform ERP transactions and daily maintenance.
• Follow procedures to achieve parts per print and inspect during laser process.
• Record measurements and monitor for trends; escalate discrepancies to supervisor.
• Assist with secondary operations like cleaning parts and work areas; communicate with team leads.
