Job summary

Tegra Medical LLC in Franklin, MA is seeking a Second Shift Grinding Operator- I to operate CNC grinding machines and maintain close tolerance parts. You will use measuring instruments and vision systems to ensure quality, and follow SOPs while supporting a safe, efficient production floor.

We offer a 15% shift differential for the second shift, on-the-job training, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401K, PTO, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Experience operating grinding equipment and in medical device manufacturing is helpful.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to use measurement and inspection tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC grinding machines to meet quality and throughput specs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and perform daily equipment maintenance.
• Record measurements and perform in-process inspections using precision tools.
• Collaborate with team to transfer instructions and ensure conformance to prints.
