Harvey Performance Company is seeking a CNC Machinist for the second shift in Valencia, CA. You will set up and operate state-of-the-art CNC grinders, inspect parts, and support team members to maintain efficient production flow.

Ideal candidates bring experience with Walter/Star CNC tools, plus knowledge of tool geometries and industry standards. The role offers a robust benefits package and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC grinders for production orders.
• Edit and maintain CNC tool and cutter grinding programs.
• Perform first piece and in-process inspection of parts.
• Assist teammates to keep equipment running efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Other duties as assigned.
