Job summary

OriGen Biomedical in Austin, TX is seeking a Cleanroom Line Lead to direct the CR team in assembly, testing and packaging of medical devices. You will ensure adherence to drawings, procedures and batch records, act as main contact for the team, and motivate staff to achieve daily goals in a fast-paced cleanroom.

You will oversee production processes, train team members, and escalate issues to management as needed while maintaining OriGen’s quality standards and cleanroom protocols.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Strong organization and time management with deadlines.
• Prior Clean Room experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily CR Shift Setup and equipment start-up.
• Review logs and assign priorities for the shift.
• Ensure paperwork is completed and passed down correctly.
• Communicate issues to Operations Manager for resolution.
• Lead and motivate team to meet production goals.
