City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Second Shift Cleaning Supervisor (Night Manager) to oversee contract compliance and maintain client relationships. The role focuses on client site inspections, issue resolution, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include evening site visits, managing inspections and contractor starts, and daily communication with the Facilities Manager to address issues.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and Portuguese highly preferred.
• High school diploma required or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through on commitments.
• Positive and outgoing personality; strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation with an active driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and Outlook email.

• Perform client site visits in the evenings to ensure compliance with scope of work and company policies.
• Manage inspections, address complaints, and oversee new client starts to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Build strong working relationships with Independent Contractors (ICs) by communicating client priorities and collaborating to find solutions.
• Communicate with Facility Services Manager daily for any issues requiring immediate attention, including nightly recap via email or phone message.
• Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment, and their proper usage.
• Other duties as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $18/hr – $23/hr (based on experience)
