City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a bilingual Second Shift Cleaning Supervisor (Night Manager) in Columbus, OH. The Night Manager will oversee contract compliance for building maintenance services and manage relationships with Independent Contractors, ensuring client expectations are met.

A two-week daytime training period precedes the evening shift. Requirements include a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and comfort with Outlook and smartphone use.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken in a non-English language (Spanish/Portuguese highly preferred).
• Must have reliable transportation with an active driver's license and auto insurance.
• Must be comfortable using a smartphone and Outlook email.
• Two-week daytime training period prior to starting the evening shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform client site visits in the evenings to ensure compliance with scope of work and policies.
• Manage inspections, address complaints, and oversee new client starts to maintain satisfaction.
• Build relationships with Independent Contractors and communicate client priorities to find solutions.
• Coordinate with the Facility Services Manager daily for issues needing attention and provide nightly recap.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, procedures, tools, and equipment usage.
• Other duties as necessary.

We are seeking a Bilingual Second Shift Cleaning Supervisor (Night Manager) to join our team! The Night Manager is responsible for assisting with management of contract compliance for designated building maintenance services, as well as maintaining the relationship between City Wide and Independent Contractors. Employee must possess ability to review the client contract and check that work expectations have been met.

Essential Functions:

• Perform Client site visits in the evenings to ensure compliance with account scope of work and company policies.
• Manage inspections, address complaints, and oversee new Client starts to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Build strong working relationships with Independent Contractors (ICs) by communicating client priorities and collaborating to find solutions.
• Communicate with Facility Services Manager daily for any issues that need immediate attention, including the nightly recap via email or phone message.
• Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment and their proper use.
• Other duties as necessary.

Physical Demands

The physical demands are representative of requirements that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Constant sitting, bending, standing, and walking. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to drive at night.
