Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a brazing technician to assemble return bends and copper hookup components into coils and braze them using oxy-acetylene methods. You will read blueprints, prepare coils for brazing, and join sub-assemblies to coil print.

The role requires flexibility, problem solving, and initiative to improve processes in a fast-paced facility. Responsibilities include preparing coils for brazing, braze coil with various rods, and supporting training as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible, problem solver, adapt to change, and display initiative to learn and make improvements in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Assemble braze sub-assemblies and connect coils and components per coil print.
• Prepare coils for brazing and braze coils with various rod types.
• Read blueprints and perform brazing using oxy-acetylene torch as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned and assist training of personnel.
