Job summary

Custom Building Products is seeking a Batch Operator for our Lithia Springs, GA plant. You will blend products, weigh ingredients, and operate mixers to meet daily production goals with a 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM) and a $1.00/hr premium.

Overtime and 90‑day performance-based raises are available, with comprehensive benefits. You will work closely with Production and Maintenance in a team environment, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while adhering to formulas and material

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with batch blending or mixing chemicals preferred.
• Ability to read and follow production formulas and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Follow formulas and production instructions precisely to ensure product quality.
• Weigh, measure, and load ingredients into mixers; take samples and coordinate with Quality Control.
• Operate mixing equipment for cement, grout, mastic, and cleaning products; monitor automated systems when needed.
• Maintain production records including batch logs, maintenance reports, and shift handoff docs.
• Assist with packaging and material handling to support production flow.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA requirements; participate in safety training.
