Qualifications

• Assoc. degree in maintenance or related field preferred; or HS diploma with 2 years maintenance exp.
• Basic automation maintenance knowledge (PLC, robot, servo, press, injection).
• Fluent English (speaking and writing).
• Good organization and teamwork.
• Basic electrical knowledge; read wiring schematics.
• Basic plant maintenance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Second shift (3:40 pm - until).
• Implement equipment preventive maintenance regularly to keep high productivity.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical and hydraulic maintenance staff to solve problems.
• Understand equipment functionalities and perform troubleshooting.
• Operate equipment to meet process sequences and procedures.
• Use maintenance tools and measurement devices to perform tasks.
• Contribute to team by completing related tasks as needed.
• Maintain production equipment and systems to run within specs.
• Understand OSHA regulations and follow safety guidelines.
• All other duties assigned.
