Job summary

QXO is seeking an Assembly Table Assistant (Second Shift) to support production by assembling materials per work orders and specifications. This role performs repetitive tasks in a team-based environment to ensure products are assembled accurately, efficiently, and safely.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting. Applicants should be able to follow instructions, work well in a team, and use basic hand tools.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to follow instructions and work within established processes.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push up to 110 lbs when needed.
• Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assembling materials and components based on work instructions and specifications.
• Follow directions from supervisors or team leads to support production processes.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks using hand tools and equipment.
• Position, align, and secure materials to meet specifications.
• Operate basic machinery or equipment as trained.
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Support team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
