Job summary

Vincere in Iowa is seeking a capable site supervisor to manage inventory, scheduling, and staff development in a manufacturing setting. The role is on-site and requires working Monday through Thursday from 1:30pm to 12:00am.

You will mentor new and existing personnel, conduct interviews and hiring, coordinate with multiple departments to resolve quality issues, and collaborate with engineering on change orders while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience.
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training.

Job description

The Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 1:30pm-12:00am . In this role, you will be responsible for performing inventory management, department related scheduling, training new and existing personnel, interviews, hiring, working with all departments to resolve product and quality problems, work with engineering to coordinate change orders, and ensure safety and compliance.

This position is a DIRECT HIRE role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked ON-SITE

Qualifications

• Must be able to work Monday - Thursday from 1:30pm - 12:00am
• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Supervision experience is a must
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred
• Working experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook) required
