Job summary

A leading aircraft manufacturer located in Duluth, Minnesota, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate activities within the production assembly department. This role requires ensuring quality and safety standards are met while monitoring employee performance and training. With responsibilities spanning production design execution and employee engagement, the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing field and at least 7 years of related experience. Qualifications

• 7 years of related experience in manufacturing leadership.
• Knowledge of Cirrus Design's manufacturing processes preferred.
• Demonstrate effective planning and organizing during chaotic times.
