Job summary

Jet Linx Aviation seeks a qualified Second in Command (SIC) for the Citation Latitude in Teterboro, NJ. This full‑time role supports Part 91/135 operations, reporting to the Base Chief Pilot and ensuring safe, compliant flight operations.

Minimum requirements include substantial flight time, PIC, multi‑engine, turbine, and instrument hours, plus the ability to relocate or live within a 2‑hour call out. A 1st Class medical, ATP, and clear background are expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of total aviation time required by minimum standards.
• FAA credentials required with current medical certificate.
• Ability to relocate or live within 2-hour call out of base.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe operation of company aircraft per FARs and procedures.
• Manage duty, flight, and rest times per CFRs.
• Maintain EFB hardware and applications and current charts.
• Communicate trip notifications and post-flight reports.
• Prepare and ensure compliance with pre‑ and post‑flight reports.
• Demonstrate proactive decision‑making and Jet Linx values.
• Support coordination with Base Chief Pilot and crew.
