Responsibilities

  • Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) on the Citation Latitude.
  • Own flight operations: planning, compliance, and safety.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster teamwork.
  • Manage aircraft care and coordinate maintenance.
  • Train and mentor the Second in Command (SIC).

Job description

What you will do
  • Serve as PIC on the Citation Latitude, championing an uncompromising safety culture and sound aeronautical decision-making.
  • Own every phase of operation: flight planning, performance and W&B, weather and risk assessment, briefings, and regulatory compliance.
  • Deliver exceptional, anticipatory customer service to passengers while fostering a positive, team-first cockpit environment.
  • Oversee aircraft care and readiness; coordinate with maintenance and service providers to meet general aviation operational needs.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate the SIC to ensure they properly perform their functions and adhere to SOPs.
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch, crew, and customers; adapt gracefully to schedule and mission changes.
  • Maintain precise records, logs, and reports with strong attention to detail and organization.
What you bring
  • Previous PIC jet type rating (any jet). Latitude type not required.
  • Safety record: No accidents, incidents, or sanctions within the past 5 years.
  • Broad knowledge of general aviation aircraft, their service requirements, and the needs of crews and passengers.
  • Customer-obsessed with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Professional in appearance and manner; takes initiative and builds friendly rapport with ease.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic operational environment.
Minimum qualifications
  • Total Time: 3,000 hours
  • PIC Time: 1,500 hours
  • Jet Time: 250 hours
  • Mid-Size Jet Experience: 250 hours as PIC or SIC in a mid-size jet or larger >20,000 lb MTOW
  • License: ATP - FAA
  • Medical: First Class
  • Type rating: Not required on the Latitude — training provided.
Screening and compliance
  • Able to pass a drug screening test.
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Clean driving record.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
How to stand out
  • Current Part 135.293/297 in a jet.
  • Recent training with FlightSafety International (FSI) or CAE Simuflite.
  • Track record of mentoring SICs and upholding SOP discipline.
  • Consistent recognition for exceptional customer service.
