Job summary

Jet Linx seeks a Second in Command for our Citation Latitude based in Teterboro, NJ. This full-time role supports Part 91 and 135 operations; applicants should live within a 2-hour call-out or relocate.

SIC reports to Base Chief Pilot and ensures safe operation per CFRs and company procedures. Minimum: 1500 hours total, 500 PIC, 500 multi-engine, 100 turbine, 150 instrument; duties include duty/rest management, comms, EFB, charts, and medical certification.

Qualifications

• Total Time: 1500 hours minimum.
• Total PIC: 500 hours minimum.
• Total Multi-Engine: 500 hours minimum.
• Total Turbine: 100 hours minimum.
• Total Instrument: 150 hours minimum.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage duty, flight and rest times per company CFRs.
• Maintain communication for standby assignments and flight reports.
• Maintain and manage EFB hardware and apps.
• Ensure navigation charts, publications, and manuals are current.
• Hold a current 1st Class medical certificate.
• Demonstrate proactive decision-making and Jet Linx values.
