Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging instruction in core elementary subjects (Reading, Writing, Math, Science, Social Studies) adhering to archdiocesan standards
• Prepare students for Sacramental milestones in collaboration with parish leadership
• Utilize classroom technology and interactive tools (Makerspace/STEAM integration where applicable)
• Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement, courtesy, and Catholic values
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development
• Participate in faculty meetings, school committees, and professional development opportunities
