St. Matthew School is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Part-Time Kindergarten Assistant to support our Kindergarten Teacher and students. This role plays a key part in creating a safe, nurturing, and joyful early learning environment where young children can flourish spiritually and academically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily instructional activities, center-based learning, and crafts
• Provide small-group and one-on-one support to reinforce learning concepts
• Help manage classroom routines, snack/lunch times, recess supervision, and transitions
• Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
• Model Christian values, courtesy, and kindness for young learners
