Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver lessons aligned to district curriculum for second grade.
• Plan and prepare lessons with adaptations for diverse learning styles and IEPs.
• Assess student progress through formal and informal methods.
• Collaborate with special education staff to modify curricula as needed.
• Communicate with parents and guardians about student progress and needs.
• Maintain an organized classroom environment and manage student behavior per policy.
• Participate in faculty meetings and school activities as required.
