Essential Functions

• -Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
• -Assist at a specific station or section within the kitchen, such as grill, sauté, pantry, or pastry.
• -Utilize a variety of cooking techniques, such as grilling, frying, baking, roasting, and sautéing, to prepare dishes.
• -Assist in the execution of menu items, ensuring that dishes are prepared accurately, consistently, and with attention to detail.
• -Follow proper food safety and sanitation practices to ensure a clean and hygienic working environment.
• -Keep workstations, equipment, and utensils clean, organized, and sanitized.
