Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 + 15% Incentive Bonus + Profit Sharing

Key Responsibilities For The SEC Reporting Manager
- Lead quarterly and annual SEC reporting, including financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and disclosure requirements.
- Research, evaluate, and implement new accounting standards and technical accounting guidance.
- Manage tax-related responsibilities, including deferred tax calculations, filings, and compliance activities.
- Oversee GAAP compliance, internal controls, SOX-related processes, and general ledger accuracy.
- Support acquisition accounting, fair value assessments, and integration of acquired entities.
- Partner with auditors, regulators, and business leaders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Qualifications For The SEC Reporting Manager
- CPA designation required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration required; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, and SEC reporting experience.
- Public accounting experience with SEC clients strongly preferred, with financial institution experience considered a plus.
