Job summary

Rogers Corporation in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Accounting/SEC Reporting Analyst to support external financial reporting, ensure GAAP and SEC compliance, and provide insights on financial performance. Responsibilities include the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, preparing disclosures for Forms 10-K/10-Q/8-K, updating accounting policies, and assisting with audits.

Requirements: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 2+ years in technical accounting; CPA or CPA candidate preferred; strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of technical accounting and financial reporting experience.
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supports monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Assists with 10-K/10-Q/8-K disclosures.
• Maintains accounting policies in line with GAAP.
• Conducts accounting research on new standards.
• Supports internal and external audits.
