Job summary

Polaris Financial Staffing is seeking a senior financial leader to report to the CFO. The role focuses on SEC reporting, consolidated financial planning & analysis, budgeting, and strong compliance with accounting standards.

You will partner with executives to drive data-driven decisions for growth and shareholder value across US and international markets. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Accounting or related field and a CPA license, with at least 3 years of public accounting experience

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting or similar field and CPA license required.
• Minimum 3 years of public accounting experience with Big Four or national firm, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, financial reporting, and global operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SEC reporting compliance and annual/quarterly filings.
• Lead consolidation process and management reporting for leadership and board.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning.
• Provide insights and partner with tax for related matters.
• Maintain internal controls over financial reporting and accounting policies.
