Job summary

Applied Digital is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst in Dallas, TX to lead the preparation and filing of SEC reports, including the 10-K, while ensuring GAAP compliance. The role collaborates with accounting, finance, legal, and external auditors to gather information and address inquiries.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of public-company reporting experience, and familiarity with Workiva; CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Experience with SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 10-K filing process: prepare, review, and file the annual report with financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A.
• Ensure SEC and GAAP compliance and update processes as regulations evolve.
• Coordinate cross-functional reporting with Accounting, Finance, Legal, and External Auditors.
• Streamline workflows in Workiva to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Support external auditors during quarterly reviews and year-end audits.
• Assess ICFR and maintain strong internal controls over financial reporting.
