Neumora is seeking an experienced SEC Reporting and Accounting Manager to lead the financial close for R&D activities and support the company’s reporting obligations. This onsite role in Watertown, MA collaborates across Finance, Legal, HR, and Clinical Operations to ensure accurate and timely disclosures.
The ideal candidate will have 5–8+ years of accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and a CPA (preferred).

The SEC Reporting and Accounting Manager will be responsible for supporting the Company's financial reporting process, managing the monthly close for all R&D related activities, maintaining strong internal controls, and partnering cross-functionally to support the Company's operations.
The salary range posted describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Actual salary may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Base Salary Range:$150,994.91-$158,665.32
