Job summary

CFS in Orlando is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements under U.S. GAAP and to own complex disclosures, including revenue recognition and leases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred.
• Progressive experience in financial reporting, technical accounting, audit, or corporate accounting.
• Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP, including ASC 606/842/805/810 and other complex standards.
• Experience with multi-entity or multinational consolidations and external auditors.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under U.S. GAAP.
• Own audited financial statement disclosures, including revenue recognition, leases, business combinations, and consolidations.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, managing audit timelines, requests, and communications.
• Research and document technical accounting issues, preparing memos for complex transactions.
• Partner with global teams to standardize close processes and accounting policies.
• Drive consistency in intercompany accounting and reporting across entities and regions.
