Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 26-week travel assignment in Seattle, WA. The PT will deliver comprehensive evaluations and create plans of care for diverse patient populations in an acute care setting.

Requirements include at least 1 year of PT experience (6 months acceptable for exceptional candidates), BLS certification, and state licensure. The role involves supervising staff, documenting, and interfacility collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience (exceptional candidates with 6 months accepted).
• BLS certification and active state licensure required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods; strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill and document within facility guidelines.
• Coordinate with Medical Center personnel to ensure plan of care.
• Evaluate and modify plan of care as patient condition dictates.
• Utilize hospital computer systems and ensure timely documentation.
