Job summary

Catbird is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Seattle location. You will lead store sales, manage staff, and develop processes to continually elevate the customer experience and grow the business.

You’ll coach and motivate a team, ensuring exceptional service on the sales floor, and you will partner with leadership to drive strategy and results. The role requires weekend availability, scheduling proficiency, and a track record in retail leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of retail leadership experience.
Experience leading a team of 5–10 store employees.
Weekend availability and scheduling flexibility.
Experience creating and managing staff schedules.
Ability to analyze business reporting.
Experience with Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Customer service passion and active on the sales floor (more than 50% of time).
Jewelry or clienteling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee store sales and people management.
Develop store processes and procedures to elevate customer experience and growth of the business.
Build team capabilities to drive strategy and achieve business results.
Schedule the retail floor with attention to business needs and payroll goals.
Drive sales and monitor KPIs, inventory, and visual merchandising.
