Job summary

Bartlett Roofing is hiring a Sales Representative for field-based, full-time work in Spokane Valley, WA. Expect uncapped commissions with paid training and substantial earning potential through an annual compensation range of $80,000 to $175,000+ on commission, plus benefits.

You will identify leads, conduct door-to-door outreach, inspect roofs, and guide homeowners through the insurance claims process while documenting all sales activities in our CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience in door-to-door sales or outside sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for in-person home visits.
• Competitive, driven to meet performance-based targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads and generate new prospects in-office or door-to-door.
• Conduct door-to-door outreach and offer free roof inspections.
• Own the full sales cycle from inspection to closing a deal.
• Represent clients in insurance adjuster meetings and document all activities.
