The role includes supervising staff, processing sales at the POS, and supporting merchandising, inventory, and special orders. Qualifications include a High School Diploma and at least 6 months of retail sales experience, with preference for 1 year in an outdoor specialty store.

Qualifications

• Work Experience Required: 6 months of retail sales.
• Preferred: 1-year retail sales in an outdoor specialty store.
• Skills and general experience: strong customer service, leadership, flexible scheduling, and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with information, advice, and service.
• Supervise sales associates in the lead role to ensure top service.
• Assist customers at the POS with merchandise entry and payments.
• Resolve customer relations and satisfaction issues.
• Assist with rental/demo equipment and stock merchandise.
• Open and close the store in absence of management.
