Job summary

Phinney Ridge Painting is seeking an experienced residential carpenter in the Seattle area. This role focuses on framing, wood siding repair, rot repair, weatherproofing, door and window installation, deck, fence and rail work, as well as millwork and trim repair.

Candidates should have 2+ years of carpentry, a valid driver's license, the ability to lift 75 lb, and reside in the greater Seattle area. Benefits include health, retirement, and other programs.

Qualifications

• More than 2 years of Residential Carpentry experience. Candidates without experience will not be considered at this time.
• Drivers license & reliable transportation – Preferably a vehicle that can haul lumber and tools.
• Ability to lift and work from 75 lb. /40’ ladder.
• Lives in the greater Seattle area.
