Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in front-end application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React Native, TypeScript.
• Experience consuming GraphQL API and integrating with backend services.
• Knowledge of Redux/Context API, state management, and component-based architecture.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with POS, retail, or store technology platforms.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest and Playwright.

Responsibilities

• Provide L4 engineering support for NGPOS frontend applications and POS client solutions.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, support RCA, and implement permanent fixes.
• Maintain and enhance React/React Native applications and frontend integrations.
• Collaborate defect triage, prioritization, and resolution for frontend apps.
• Deliver enhancements, usability improvements, and minor feature work.
• Support API integrations and connectivity with backend services and store peripherals.
• Support release activities, deployment validation, and post-release stabilization.
• Create technical documentation and knowledge articles.
