Job summary

Botanical Designs LLC is seeking an Operations/ Procurement Manager in Seattle to lead sourcing, purchasing, inventory, and vendor management for plants, décor, irrigation supplies, and related materials across affiliates. The role drives cost control, supplier performance, and on-time project support.

• Experience in Aspire and Service Titan.
• Experience in managing supplier networks and strategic vendor partnerships.
• Ability to analyze purchasing data, market trends, and financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold accountable all procurement and purchasing activities across Botanical Designs and its affiliated companies.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies that optimize quality, cost, availability, and supplier performance.
• Manage vendor relationships, including supplier selection, qualification, contract negotiations, performance reviews, and issue resolution.
• Negotiate favorable pricing, payment terms, rebates, and service agreements to maximize company profitability.
• Analyze purchasing trends, market conditions, and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
