Job summary

ISOutsource is a modern technology consulting firm focused on helping clients boost performance, streamline processes, and serve customers more effectively. The Solutions Architect role is on-site with a priority on candidates in the greater Seattle area or willing to relocate before start date.

You will architect complex infrastructure and lead technical initiatives across projects, collaborating with PMO and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or university; and/or ten+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design technical solutions for complex infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, and modernization projects.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from planning through implementation and project closeout.
• Partner with PMO, Consulting, Sales Engineering, and Project Engineering teams to develop technically sound project plans and implementation strategies.
• Review project designs to ensure alignment with ISOutsource standards, best practices, and client objectives.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation resource for complex project implementations.
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies before and during project execution.
• Perform technical quality assurance reviews on projects and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Mentor and coach Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
• Develop and maintain engineering standards, implementation methodologies, templates, and reusable technical documentation.
• Participate in project kickoff meetings, technical planning sessions, post-project reviews, and root cause analysis activities.
• Maintain a strong understanding of emerging technologies and industry best practices relevant to Professional Services.
• Maintain punctuality and thorough communication in all internal and external customer engagements.
• Maintain the required utilization target established for the role.
• Participate in engineering on-call rotation as required.
• Perform daily time entry for all activities.
