BCG Attorney Search is seeking junior to midlevel corporate associates for our Seattle office to support a growing practice in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and governance. You will work closely with partners and teammates on sophisticated transactions and client relationships.

The role emphasizes drafting, negotiating, and coordinating complex deals while handling multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. A J.D.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of corporate transactional experience.
• Experience with mergers & acquisitions and venture financings preferred.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission (or eligibility for admission) in Washington.

Responsibilities

• Advise private companies and investors on middle-market mergers and acquisitions.
• Provide corporate governance advice to private companies and their boards.
• Support emerging growth companies on legal matters throughout their lifecycle.
• Assist with venture financings, including seed and Series A rounds.
• Participate in transaction structuring, due diligence, and negotiation processes.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents and agreements.
• Coordinate due diligence reviews and manage deal timelines.
• Collaborate with attorneys in related practice areas.
