Job summary

Perdue Builders in Bothell, WA, is seeking a Production Manager to oversee residential exterior remodeling projects from sales handoff to closeout. This hands-on leadership role supports crews, builds strong homeowner relationships, and ensures premium craftsmanship and safety across all sites.

You will collaborate with the owner, shape production systems, and guide teams toward quality execution and profitable results in the Greater Seattle area.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of residential construction or exterior-remodeling experience.
• At least two years of experience leading crews or managing construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of siding, windows, exterior building systems, flashing, and water management.
• Experience with James Hardie and/or LP SmartSide products preferred.
• Experience with project scheduling, material purchasing, job costing, change orders, and quality control.
• Calm, proactive, and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Greater Seattle area.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus.

• Identify challenges early, develop practical solutions, and follow issues through completion.
• Maintain accurate project records, photographs, and closeout documentation.
• Conduct quality-control inspections and final walkthroughs.
• Help improve production systems, team accountability, and the overall customer experience.

The Production Manager will oversee residential exterior remodeling projects from the sales-to-production handoff through final walkthrough and closeout. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys supporting crews, building strong relationships, solving problems, and creating an excellent experience for homeowners.

You will work closely with the owner and have a meaningful voice in how Perdue Builders operates and grows. The right person will lead with accountability and respect, help employees and subcontractors succeed, and ensure every project reflects the quality and integrity for which Perdue Builders is known.

• Ability to read contracts, scopes of work, measurements, and construction documentsStrong organizational skills and the ability to oversee multiple active projects
• Confident and respectful communication skills with homeowners, employees, subcontractors, and vendors
• Calm, proactive, and solutions-focused approach to challenges
• Comfortable using project-management and photo-documentation software
• Experience with JobNimbus and CompanyCam is helpful
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Greater Seattle area
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus

Pay and Benefits

• Salary: Approximately $100,000-$135,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
