Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Washington State Bar.
• 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience at a leading law firm.
• Strong analytical, advocacy, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication and client service.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and arguing motions, briefs, pleadings, and other filings.
• Conducting legal research and developing strategic solutions to complex legal issues.
• Managing discovery, document production, and fact development.
• Working with experts and assisting with discovery and case preparation.
• Analyzing issues and presenting recommendations to clients and senior attorneys.
• Developing and executing case strategy from inception through resolution.
• Preparing for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborating with partners and litigation teams and communicating with clients and opposing counsel.
