Securitas USA is seeking a Senior Regional Program Manager to serve as the primary Security Advisor for a high-profile global client. Based onsite in Seattle, you'll lead the security program, own the account strategy, and drive alignment across 70 sites and 1,700+ staff with substantial annual revenue.

You will travel frequently across the US and Canada, manage budgets, and partner with finance and operations to ensure top-tier service and profitable outcomes for the client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8–10 years of management experience, preferably in security or related operations.
• Ability to travel frequently within the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the assigned account.
• Own the overall account strategy and management for a global corporate client.
• Oversee a portfolio of ~70 sites and 1,700+ employees with ~$120M in annual revenue.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align financial performance with client expectations.
