Job summary

Brose North America Inc in Michigan seeks a Production Team Manager to plan, manage and deliver lean production operations for high‑performance seat structures, leading engineers, technicians, supervisors and operators.

You will oversee end-to-end industrialization and launches, coordinate manpower and time analyses, and ensure quality containment, MTM validations and audits per IATF 16949.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering.
• 60 months' experience as Engineer, Production Team Manager or Supervisor, or Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver lean production operations for high-performance seat structures.
• Lead engineers, technicians, production supervisors and operators; oversee end-to-end industrialization and launches.
• Ensure MTM, quality containment, corrective actions, and process validations per IATF 16949.
