Job summary

Global Connect Technologies is seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer to lead seating system development for automotive applications. You will design and specify seating components, ensuring compliance with functional and safety requirements while collaborating with suppliers across the program.

You will support prototype builds and production milestones, leveraging manufacturing technologies to optimize packaging, integration, and cost.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years in automotive seating components.
• Experience developing seating system requirements and components.
• Knowledge of manufacturing technologies applicable to seating.

Responsibilities

• Develop and release seat components and sub-systems.
• Collaborate with seat component suppliers and support milestones.
