Job summary

Sawyer Staffing seeks an experienced LTL Puller with forklift operation expertise to join our warehouse team. You will pull, load, and unload freight shipments, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and smooth warehouse flow.

Responsibility includes operating forklifts and RF scanners, using WMS, verifying shipments against documentation, and aiding shipping/receiving activities while keeping inventory accurate and safety top of mind.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for order processing.
• Strong knowledge of materials handling, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment safely to load and unload shipments.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick, pack, and process orders.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, verifying shipment contents against documentation.
• Perform order picking and packing with attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality control.
• Support the warehouse supervisor in maintaining inventory accuracy and implementing warehouse procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals while maintaining a safe work environment.
