Walbec Group is seeking an Experienced Road Grader Operator for their Grading department. You will operate various types of grading construction equipment safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include moving construction materials, clearing land for road construction, and maintaining equipment.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or GED. Competitive union wages and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
• CDL is desired but not necessary.
• Must be punctual and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to move construction materials at sites.
• Clear and grade land for road construction.
• Maintain and secure all equipment.

Skills

5+ years' experience as a Grader Operator

Ability to read and understand grade stakes

Safe operation of heavy equipment

Education

High School diploma or GED equivalent
