ABA Therapy Partners is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children and individuals with developmental disabilities in our Los Angeles program.

You will implement individualized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA, collect data, and help clients achieve meaningful goals through positive behavior support strategies. Commitment to safety and collaboration with families is essential.

Formación

• Certified Behavior Technician (BACB) or eligible to take the RBT exam.
• CPR/BLS certification required or willingness to obtain.
• CPI or equivalent crisis prevention training.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Accept and implement feedback provided by BCBA for program integrity.
• Teach socially acceptable replacement behaviors.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism and related disorders.
• Communicate client progress with supervising BCBA.
• As applicable, provide transportation related to the implementation of activities as directed by the treatment plan.
• Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior support plan.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques as instructed by the Behavioral Services Manager and Behavior Specialist.
• Review data and progress reports with Behavioral Services Manager and Behavior Specialist to strategize program improvements.
• Document interventions and progress towards goals accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assists in the creation of instructional materials.
• Openly flexible and responsible in working with multiple children at one time, when necessary.
• Attends a variety of in-service training sessions and other related meetings.
• Desire to work for / with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
